RCS – Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, hosts an International Conference,
Venue: Chateau Louis Hotel and Conference Centre, Edmonton, Alberta.
The Conference is open to members and non-members.
Conference Theme:
The theme of our Conference is “Elements and the Commonwealth”, focusing on Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water. Covering topics such as emergency management, disaster response, emergency services, and water supplies, from across Canada and the Commonwealth. This will incorporate relationships between government agencies; the military; emergency services; municipalities; indigenous communities; non-profit organizations, and the private corporate sector. Thus, a key component of Commonwealth participation, incorporating experiences and perspectives from Guest Speakers, both from within and outside Alberta, including our Keynote Speaker, a renowned Professor from Australia, Professor David Karoly, FAA. Participants will experience seminars, the sharing of ideas, discussions with other participants from other parts of the Commonwealth, and cultural displays and performances from around Alberta.

The Hotel at the Conference venue is discounted for attendees. Cost: Registration: CAD $150.00 pp. Gala Dinner: CAD $50.00 pp.
Note: the Conference Registration does not include a ticket to the Gala Dinner.
Meals: Breakfast; Morning Tea; Lunch; and Afternoon Tea are included in our Registration Fee. Our final day, September 13th, concludes with a BBQ lunch on-site, which is also included in the Registration Fee.
September 10, 2026 is an informal “meet and greet” evening, from 5:30pm with finger-food and beverages.
